T-minus 3 days ‘til New Year’s eve

Preparation for New Year’s eve is in full swing now. We decided to serve Sangria this year. It is a new recipe for us, so we made a small test batch last night. It looks like a keeper.

Last night I also made up 3lbs of homemade meatballs tossed with barbeque sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s) and popped in the freezer.

Today I hit the elliptical for 45 minutes in preparation for the bacon fest. I just finished another 3lbs of meatballs for the teriyaki sauce which will also go into the freezer.

I just cooked the Chorizo for the Chorizo quesadilla cones and shortly will prep the first batch of Hawaiian hot dogs.
